    At Little Miss Makes, each piece is crafted with care, intention, and a deep love for texture and detail. Due to the handmade nature of my work, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so if your piece arrives damaged, I’m here to find a resolution.

    1. Final Sale Policy

    All purchases are final sale, meaning no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for:

    • A change of mind
    • Personal preference after receiving the product
    • Minor differences in colour, texture, or appearance due to lighting, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of the piece

    Each artwork is photographed and described as accurately as possible, but differences in screen settings, lighting, and the nature of 2D images versus real-life textures can impact how the piece appears online. I believe the depth and intricacy of my work are best appreciated in person, which sometimes can’t be fully captured in photos.

    2. What Happens if Your Piece Arrives Damaged?

    Despite careful packaging, unforeseen issues can occur during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, you have two options:

    1. Partial Refund – Receive a refund of up to 50% of the original MRP of the artwork.
    2. Recreation Option – Since no two handmade pieces can be exactly replicated, I can create a similar piece for you at 50% of the original price. Please note that this will come with a revised timeline. While I typically require 4-6 weeks for completion, the exact timeline may vary based on my availability, existing orders, and other commitments. The updated timeline will be clearly communicated while finalising the details.

    3. How to Report a Damaged Item

    If your order arrives damaged, please email littlemissmakes01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Clear photos of the damaged item
    • Photos of the packaging
    • Your order details

    I will assess the situation and guide you through the next steps.

    Please make sure to take a video of the unboxing to ensure that the damage occurred during shipping and not after delivery.

    4. Packaging & Responsibility

    Each order is packed with care to minimise risk, but once it leaves my studio, some things are beyond my control. I appreciate your understanding and support in embracing the beauty of handmade art—with all its perfect imperfections.

    Every piece at Little Miss Makes is handmade—shaped, textured, and finished individually. As a result, no two pieces are ever identical. Slight variations, irregularities, or tiny imperfections are not defects but rather a part of what makes each piece unique and special. These subtle differences add character and reflect the craftsmanship behind every artwork.
