Shipping policy
At Little Miss Makes, every piece is carefully handcrafted, packaged with love, and sent your way with the utmost care. Below are the details regarding the shipping process:
1. Processing & Dispatch
- Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched every Wednesday for orders placed by/before Monday morning every week. For orders placed after Monday the dispatch will happen on Wednesday the following week.
- I also offer an Expedited Shipping incase you would like your order earlier.
- For pieces that are made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for creation before dispatch. Timelines may vary depending on the nature of the artwork and existing orders.
2. Shipping Details
- I currently ship across India via trusted courier services..
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
3. Packaging & Responsibility
- Every order is securely packaged to ensure it reaches you safely. However, once the package leaves the studio, I am not personally responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused during transit.
- In case of damaged deliveries, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
4. International Shipping
- At the moment, I do not offer international shipping. However, if you’re interested in a piece and located outside India, feel free to reach out, and I’ll see what’s possible!
